We are currently in search of a Customer Services Representative to join our dynamic team at IPIPak – Intelligent Process Inside.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Rawalpindi. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat and resolving any issues with excellent customer service.
Skills:
- Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills.
- Ability to maintain customer satisfaction while resolving inquiries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
- Proficiency in computer.
Job Requirement
- Qualification: Bachelors Required.
- Timings: 05:00 pm to 02:00 am.
- Working Days: 5 Days a Week.
- Experience: Minimum 6 Months.
